An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

7.5 hours/day

JOB SUMMARY:
This position performs skilled technical work supporting the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise network services, endpoint computing systems, and connected technologies within a school system environment. This role supports a broad range of networked devices and operating system platforms, including but not limited to laptops, mobile devices, and software. This position provides technical support for all customers use of endpoint devices and applications within a secure, networked environment. Responsibilities include assisting with the configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution of endpoint-related issues, as well as supporting integrated instructional and operational technologies. Support is provided via a call center, interactive chat, in-person deskside support, and other means of customer contact. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Customer Contact Center, and in collaboration with Information and Instructional Technology Services staff, with functional reporting to the Director of Information and Instructional Technology.
