The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Information Systems and Cybersecurity Leader to serve as our Lead Infrastructure Architect supporting the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-6 Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration Directorate (NC4SI).

In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Computing Services Division (DANI-NSC) engineering and integration efforts. You will serve as a strategic technical advisor to senior leadership, overseeing massive data center consolidation initiatives, designing secure zero-trust AWS cloud architectures, and optimizing a complex portfolio of 9 distinct Management Decision Packages (MDEPs). This critical position bridges the gap between deep technical implementation—including MLSecOps and perimeter firewall protocols—and executive-level strategic risk management to achieve global impact for the Army Unified Network Plan (AUNP). 0

Responsibilities:
1. Cloud Architecture & Data Center Modernization
• Secure AWS Engineering: Architect, evaluate, and implement enterprise-level Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and distributed data architectures tailored for high-stakes, highly regulated government environments.
•Zero Trust & MLSecOps: Seamlessly integrate Zero Trust Frameworks, Policy Enforcement Operations, and Machine Learning Security Operations (MLSecOps) into cloud environments to significantly minimize the digital cyberattack surface.
•Data Center Consolidation: Manage the comprehensive baseline inventory for the Army Data Center Consolidation Program (ADCCP); systematically driving application migrations into mandated virtualized computing environments.
•Policy Compliance: Analyze the structural impacts of new technology insertions to guarantee total compliance with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI 8320.02), NIST guidelines, and relevant data privacy regulations.

2. PPBE & MDEP Financial Portfolio Management
• Strategic Resourcing: Provide comprehensive Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) synchronization, tracking funding links, and managing the 9 core MDEPs assigned to the DANI-NSC division.
• Portfolio Validation: Formulate MDEP scorecards, establish clear validation templates, and justify multi-million dollar program requirements directly to the Digital (DD) Program Evaluation Group (PEG) and the Army Requirements Oversight Council (AROC).
• Tool Optimization: Leverage enterprise financial systems 6specifically the Cloud Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (cPROBE) platform to properly collect, align, and manipulate complex data structures.

Qualifications:

Required:
An active Secret clearance.
• Bachelors degree or higher in a technical, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of DoD-specific experience, featuring an understanding of DoD IT systems, enterprise architectures, and strategic priorities.
• Proven track record of capturing customer intent and turning it into polished, finished work products on tight deadlines with minimal rework.
• Ability to produce clear, concise, and succinct staff products. You must be able to translate technical concepts into actionable insights and present them confidently to senior leaders.
• Proven experience advising and collaborating directly with military leaders (O-6 and above) and SES personnel.
• Familiarity with Pentagon processes, Army tasking systems, and staff action package coordination.

Desired:
Must possess an active combination of the following advanced technical and management certifications:
•Cybersecurity Management: ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent IAM Level III certification.
• Cloud Architecture: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
•Core Security: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent baseline certification.
