Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience.
$73,840.00 - $111,800.00

A Brief Overview

Assists in the design, planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and securing of all network infrastructure technologies. Provides support and maintenance of network technologies as to improve the customers' ability to leverage technology to support operations. Assists management and senior network staff with complex projects and assumes ongoing support of system infrastructure.

What you will do
  • Assists in the design, implementation, and maintenance of all network infrastructure technologies, including network management and monitoring.
  • Interacts with end-users to obtain clarification of problems and provide resolution for system failures or degradations.
  • Assists in the design, implementation and maintenance of network systems supported by IT.
  • Monitors the implementations to assure proper operation and adherence to standards.
  • Utilizes software and hardware tools to identify, diagnose, and correct problems affecting all enterprise network infrastructure technologies.
  • Maintains logs and device inventories, as well as appropriate technical documentation including but not limited to application notes, drawings, and configuration information.
  • Participates in meetings concerning the evaluation and recommendation of network infrastructure designs and components.
  • Ensures the highest level of security for data at rest, data in motion, and data being processed in compliance with state and federal regulations, healthcare industry standards, IT industry standards, and policies concerning security and data integrity.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
  • Associate's related area
  • Bachelor's related area
  • Network+ - Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA)
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Cisco
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Cisco
  • At least one year related experience and/or training
