Network Contracting & Compliance Manager

Job Summary: The Network Contracting & Compliance Manager directs and supervises the provider network contracting and compliance function, ensuring that Integral Care's contracted external provider network meets all contractual, regulatory, and performance standards required under applicable contracts, and state and federal rules. This position leads a team of Contract Managers responsible for the full contract lifecycle-procurement, onboarding, monitoring, corrective action, and renewal-and holds overall accountability for network adequacy, compliance integrity, and consistent contracting practices across the network. Reporting to the Provider Network Authority Officer, the manager sets direction and standards for the contracting team, resolves complex or escalated contract and compliance matters, and serves as a subject-matter authority on regulatory interpretation and provider network requirements. The role works collaboratively with the Provider Network Initiatives Manager, internal departments (quality, finance, clinical, and legal), external providers, government entities, and community stakeholders to ensure the network delivers high-quality, compliant, and recovery-oriented services that address community need and service gaps.

This position will also provide contract management support to contracted organizations and backup support as needed to other contract managers. This position operates with substantial independent judgment and decision-making authority within established policy and regulatory frameworks, and is responsible for translating oversight-agency requirements into operational practice for the team it supervises.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, healthcare administration, social work, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

License:

Experience:

Required:

  • 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in contract management, provider network management, compliance, or a closely related area, including 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience.
  • Familiarity with Housing First, recovery-oriented systems of care, and behavioral health service delivery models.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $86,008.83 annually.
