Job Title: Network Architect 4
Location(s): Richmond, VA
(Hybrid: 3 days per week mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Ensure network security, availability, performance, and scalability.
- Monitor network health using monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 network support for escalated incidents.
- Collaborate with helpdesk and system administration teams.
- Analyze network traffic, utilization, and capacity trends.
- Recommend infrastructure upgrades and performance improvements.
- Develop disaster recovery, redundancy, and failover strategies.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, IP schemes, and configurations.
- Generate reports on incidents, performance metrics, and network health.

Ideal Candidate:- 5+ years of enterprise network engineering/administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.
- Experience supporting medium-to-large enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across infrastructure teams
