Role OverviewWe have an opening for a full-time Analyst/Sr. Analyst in the Labor and Employment team in our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, or Washington, DC office, who has an understanding of economic analysis and research, is experienced in data-analysis programming languages, such as SAS/STATA, R, Python or other programming languages, and has excellent communication skills. Experience in processing, analyzing, and visualizing data is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities- Collecting industry, company, and competitor information; reviewing, summarizing and analyzing industry trends.
- Supporting preparation of expert reports, technical materials, and oral testimony for arbitration, regulatory proceedings, and litigation.
- Working independently and collaboratively within project teams to manage projects, workflows, deliverables, and client communications.
- Producing clear, well-documented written reports, trial exhibits, slide decks, and visualizations that explain complex analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drafting memos and presentation materials.
- Contributing to proposal and business-development efforts as needed.
Position requirementsQualified Candidates will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative disciplines such as economics, business, finance, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
- Coursework and/or experience in economics, statistics, regression analysis/econometrics and computer programming are desired.
- Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong analytic skills, excellent oral communication skills, and an ability to write in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong academic record
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience working in teams solving problems and delivering creative and innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a consulting/professional services environment with proven strength in the following skills: project management, organization, and conscientious about responsibility.
The applicable base salary for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 per year.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
