Rady Children's Health-Orange County and CHOC Children's Hospital, Division of Neonatology, is seeking Board Certified/Eligible Neonatologists to join our well-established group of 70 neonatologists providing coverage at our regional 100 bed level 4 NICU at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and 13 other level 3 and level 2 NICU's with additional locations in Southern California.
• The group also has an expanding newborn hospitalist program and is supported by advance practice providers.
• The CHOC NICU has facilities for ECMO and Cardiac Surgeries and runs busy specialized lines of neonatal services including a vibrant Small Baby Unit, a Surgical NICU, a CVNICU and a Neuro NICU.
• There is a shared Neonatology fellowship program with the University of California, Irvine, a new Neonatal Hemodynamic and Cardiovascular fellowship program and a pediatric residency program at CHOC.
• The Division supports broad research programs in both clinical and quality improvement. CHOC prides itself as being one of few children's hospitals with a distinguished innovation center and artificial intelligence MI3 program.
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
