Position Summary

Acuren is seeking a professional, energetic, and forward-thinking IRATA NDT Technicians with UT1 or UT2 certifications to support operations at the LNG site located in Kitimat, BC.

Position Details

Site/Location: LNG in Kitimat, BC - Relocation Required!

Start date: Immediately

Shift/Hours: 5/2 rotation, 40 hrs./week and possible overtime

Wage: $44.69/hour depending on certifications in accordance with the QCCC Agreement

Relocation: We are able to offer up to 3 months of temporary housing to assist with your relocation transition if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods.
• Utilize written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Follow standards and procedures and monitor to ensure accuracy of results and meets quality and safety objectives and project time-lines.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with Clients.

Requirements

• CGSB UT1 or UT2 Certifications
• Strong work ethics
• Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness
• Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
• Valid driver's license
• IRATA training or willingness to obtain is an asset
