We are looking to hire
NDT Technician Level III at our Foley Site - ALRelocation Assistance will be provided.What You Will Do- Assist NDT technicians throughout Collins Foley OEM site to ensure ultrasonic inspection processes are completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other responsible Level III NDT Managers across Aerostructures
- Perform NDT Level III Functions in Ultrasonic Inspection
- Oversee and direct Ultrasonic inspection processes for Non Destructive Testing
- Ensure policies, procedures and detailed required are followed and implemented daily
- Train and certify Non Destructive Testing technicians and ensure the skills and knowledge of each certified employee is aligned with specifications, standards, and qualification requirements at Foley OEM
- Develop and implement new processes and controls ensuring NDT personnel are practicing proper technique steps
- Work within a cross functional team supporting the Quality organization by managing and driving to closure of their activities and schedules
- Create and update work instructions & standard processes as required
- Provides advice and guidance in interpreting and adapting quality standards
- Coordinate and oversee schedules to ensure on-time delivery of parts to value streams
- Ensure calibrated measuring instruments adhere to calibration schedule
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Certified Ultrasonic Technician at Level III from a nationally recognized institution.
- 2+ years of experience in proper defect analysis through NDT inspection processes.
- Experience with MS Excel and creating MS PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications We Prefer- Experience working in a manufacturing organization (aerospace)
- Experience with SAP, Teamcenter, etc.
- Proven track record of success and a thorough understanding of NDT processes.
- The ideal candidate has a desire for continual learning with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, is self-motivated, innovative, well-organized.
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Communicate effectively both orally and written and able to work effectively across several different functional areas in a collaborative environment.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
