- Client POS advance store systems deployment, EOM changes, Testing, Development(.Net), Selenium, Load runner,
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Kanban Agile methodology, Java, MSSQL Servers, .Net, Power shell, Scripting, Selenium, postman, Windows Task Schedulers.
- Understanding and modifying existing code to fix bugs and implement changes.
- Store, Register, ETS Server reboots and Validations.
- MCM Logs, Splunk logs, Kibana logs.
- Create, resolve primary production issues using Service now(Waypoint).
- Creating defect in JIRA, Tender retail and Client portals.
- BVT, Smoke testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, End to End testing, BI E2E Testing, Sanity testing, performance testing, System integration testing,
- working with POS system which has SIGUI, Flat Bed Scanner, handheld scanner, M440 Pin pad.
- EOM Configuration
- ETS tool.
- Providing technical support, training, Client POS related enquiries, guidance to the stores.
- Doing periodic certifications security vulnerabilities, Software upgrades and upon validations.
- Developing SQL queries, Store procedures using MSSQL server.
- Jenkins, Gitlab.
- .Net development
- Confluence
- Preparing SOPs, RCAs, User guides, Conducting trainings
- Good experience automation tool Selenium and performance tool load runner
