Role Purpose

A successful Tech-Fueled Sales transformation is a human capability transformation first and a technology transformation second. The NBA Change Lead is accountable for ensuring that AI-powered solutions translate into sustained adoption, capability growth, and measurable business value across NBA/Perfect Store. Partnering with the NBA POD, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders, this role leads change management, communications, training, and business readiness efforts that enable associates to confidently adopt new tools, workflows, and ways of working. By combining strong change leadership with Digital Commerce and business transformation expertise, the NBA Change Lead helps accelerate user adoption, strengthen AI literacy, and ensure technology investments deliver lasting impact across the global NBA organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adoption & Change Management Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven change management plans (leveraging frameworks like Prosci/ADKAR) specifically tailored for the iterative, agile rollout of AI agents and Next Best Actions (NBAs) to our global NBA teams.
  • Stakeholder Enablement & Business Readiness: Act as the direct engagement lead between the NBA POD and the global user base. Identify and support a network of change champions, assess business readiness, and proactively mitigate resistance to ensure smooth and successful AI tool adoption.
  • Capability Development & Training: Design and deliver a high-impact, scalable training program that builds both the confidence and competence of our commercial associates. Develop a suite of materials including quick-reference guides, interactive workshops, and digital upskilling pathways to boost AI literacy and tool proficiency.
  • Change Storytelling & Communications: Craft a compelling, value-driven narrative around the NBA transformation. Develop and execute a communications plan that moves beyond features and functions to tell "what's in it for me" success stories, celebrate wins, and drive sustained engagement and excitement.
  • Feedback Loops & Continuous Improvement: Establish and manage robust feedback loops (surveys, focus groups, user forums) to capture frontline feedback. Synthesize user insights and translate them back to the POD to drive the continuous improvement and evolution of our AI tools.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), technology adoption, or business transformation, ideally gained while driving the adoption of SaaS, CRM, or AI technologies in a large, global organization.
  • Change Frameworks: Deep, practical knowledge of structured change methodologies is essential. Certification in Prosci, ADKAR, or a similar framework is highly preferred.
  • Storytelling & Communication: Elite written and verbal communication skills. Must have a demonstrated ability to demystify complex AI and technology topics into simple, practical, and value-focused stories that resonate with a commercial audience.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of sales, Perfect Store/Next Best Action (NBA), or commercial ways of working is critical to building credibility and designing relevant change interventions. CPG experience is a strong asset.
  • Agile Alignment: Experience working within or alongside an Agile/Scrum team, with the ability to align change management campaigns with an iterative product release cycle.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 153,600.00 - USD 211,200.00
