Naval Systems Engineer
The Opportunity:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your project management and analysis skills to develop a project from concept to completion? That's why we need you, a System Engineer who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the U.S. Navy. You'll work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and perform tactical planning using tools, including JIRA and Confluence, SharePoint, and regular interactions with SMEs, schedules, clients, and external entities. You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience providing systems engineering support and solving complex engineering problems
  • Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle
  • Ability to support the design, development, and review of systems engineering design artifacts, including Concepts of Operations, requirements analysis, interface design, system architecture development, or system performance analysis
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

  • Knowledge of DoD 5000 acquisition process
  • Knowledge of U.S. Navy platforms, C4I, Sensor, and Electronic Warfare systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
