You will deliver an interactive course that teaches critical tradecraft which requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your customer. We have an opportunity for an instructor and system operator who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in national security by crafting and delivering effective training focused on the problems encountered with Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).

On our team, you will work with subject matter experts who are fellow instructors to identify and address your customer's training needs by recommending learning solutions to help them accomplish their training objectives. You will leverage your subject matter expertise in Satellite Communications (SATCOM), space-based operations, SATCOM technical capabilities, electronic warfare, and the EMI resolution process, including naturally occurring and man-made interference and SATCOM signal characterization tools. You will support the customer as a member of ashore and afloat mobile training and SATCOM EMI transmission teams providing training directly to U.S. Navy sailors. Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you will design and deliver classroom and on-the-job training. You will facilitate virtual and in-person classroom training, including practice scenarios and hands-on training. You will also design, develop, implement, and evaluate new and existing courseware in preparation for deployment readiness exercises. To ensure your solution is hitting the mark, you'll collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model and collaborate with U.S. Navy customers and fellow instructors to fine tune training for maximum impact. We focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers, so you'll learn new tools and skills to develop a creative learning experience that will engage students.
