National Vice President, Capital Markets - Multi-Housing

The National Vice President, Multi-Housing provides strategic and operational support to the National Multi-Housing Capital Markets platform, enhancing business planning, deal workflow, data integrity, and cross-sector collaboration. Acts as a central resource for Multi-Housing leadership, supporting connectivity between business lines, research, and technology teams to drive platform effectiveness and national initiatives.

Work location: Los Angeles, California or Dallas, Texas

Main Responsibilities
Platform Operations & Infrastructure
  • Serve as the operational backbone of the Multi-Housing platform
  • Liaison between Multi-Housing producers and support functions (Operations, JLLT, Research, Horizon)
  • Enforce data input protocols and work with Research to track platform/market metrics and report to leadership monthly
  • Maintain platform target list and keep current deals and pursuits organized

Client & Call Coordination
  • Update monthly Multi-Housing call format and work with Research to plan/host each call
  • Organize monthly/quarterly calls with key Multi-Housing STT clients and disseminate call notes
  • Work with Research to create bespoke/relevant decks for client calls
  • Participate in national Multi-Housing STT client meetings and disseminate notes/action items
  • Establish protocol for MHLT (council) calls and encourage participation

Team Development & Business Planning
  • Organize annual kick-off calls each January across markets; summarize and distribute action items
  • Distribute semi-annual Team Overview reports
  • Maintain and update Multi-Housing business plans semiannually
  • Assist with onboarding new teams/producers; ensure training and access to critical tools
  • Learn and apply best practices from other property verticals to Multi-Housing

Research, Thought Leadership & Marketing
  • Integrate research and intel to inform Multi-Housing leadership and enhance client deliverables
  • Develop bi-weekly talking points and quarterly pipeline updates
  • Drive increased engagement on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Create consistent platform closing announcements and email blasts

Strategic Support & Council Collaboration
  • Assist with national portfolio coordination and strategic single asset pitches/transactions as needed
  • Attend product council calls and disseminate intel
  • Assist in implementing best practices and dashboard oversight

Experience Required
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Capital Markets roles such as Analyst, Associate, or equivalent positions
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, and verbal communication skills; able to interface with top level executives
  • Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and data platforms
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-market teams and client relationships
  • Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude


Education

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field

Compensation: Range listed below is for base salary and position is eligible for additional discretionary bonus.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

130,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
