Responsibilities

• Own the onsite management and coordination of installation teams for national projects.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors from mobilization to startup.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure fulfillment of contractual installation terms on time.
• Track quality and resolve installation issues proactively.
• Manage site budgets including scope changes and supplier costs.
• Lead on-site meetings with stakeholders from various teams.
• Document project progress through weekly reports.
