Qualifications

• Technical background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, master craftsman certification, or equivalent experience in complex industrial equipment.
• Proven site management experience for large-scale machines and systems.
• Knowledge of panel processing, furniture, or cabinet production, which is vital for this role.
• Strong leadership skills to manage multiple field crews and subcontractors concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills, representing Stiles at job sites.
• Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to proprietary systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively, domestically and internationally.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onsite management and coordination of installation teams across various projects.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors through mobilization, commissioning, and startup phases.
• Act as the primary on-site contact, coordinating with customers, project managers, engineering, and service teams.
• Ensure fulfillment of installation contracts on time and within scope.
• Track installation quality, document defects, and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage site budgets and supplier costs, including scope changes.
• Lead on-site meetings with teams, suppliers, and customers; ensure safety and compliance protocols are adhered to.
• Document project progress through weekly reports and milestone updates.
