Qualifications

• Technical background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or master craftsman certification
• Proven experience managing large-scale machine and system installations
• Knowledge of panel processing, furniture, or cabinet production
• Strong leadership skills for managing field crews across multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills for onsite representation
• Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to proprietary systems
• Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, shifting work environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onsite management of installation teams for Stiles projects
• Lead field crews and subcontractors through mobilization to startup phases
• Serve as the key onsite contact for customers and project stakeholders
• Ensure fulfillment of installation agreements on time and within scope
• Track and resolve installation quality issues proactively
• Manage budgets and supplier costs, overseeing scope changes
• Conduct on-site meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Implement and enforce safety and compliance protocols at all sites
• Document project progress through weekly reporting and milestone updates
