Description & Requirements The National Healthcare Sector Marketing Senior Manager leads strategic marketing for the national Healthcare sector within the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) organization. This role partners closely with National Sector and Service Line Leaders, sector committees, consulting marketing leaders, regional sector marketing leaders, business development, and other key stakeholders to shape and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, strengthen relationships, and contribute to measurable growth and opportunity conversion. As a senior marketing leader, this position brings a firm-first perspective, translates industry priorities into integrated campaigns and content strategies, manages national sector programs and budgets, and coaches other national marketers to deliver an Unmatched Client Experience®.
What You Will Do: - Serve as the central point of coordination for Healthcare marketing activities, ensuring transparency and communication of plans, decisions, calendars, account priorities, and campaign execution across sector, service, and regional marketing teams.
- Lead the development and execution of national sector marketing strategies, plans, campaigns, and deliverables aligned to sector priorities, business objectives, go-to-market strategies, and growth goals in alignment with the sector strategic plan.
- Work with National Sector Leaders, sector committees, and consulting leadership to identify industry themes, client needs, differentiators, value propositions, priority audiences, and revenue-generation opportunities.
- Build and manage integrated campaign strategies, including multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that may cross sectors, service lines, and consulting offerings.
- Lead thought leadership strategy and execution for assigned industries, including content calendars, distribution plans, and multi-channel approach: articles, webinars, videos, case studies, testimonials, and sector-specific point of view.
- Own and nurture national association partnerships - including the publication advertising, speaking, sponsorships, and event opportunities that elevate the firm's brand and demonstrate return on investment.
- Guide pre-event planning, promotion, attendee strategy, post-event follow-up, and coordination with MBD colleagues to support business development activation and opportunity conversion.
- Collaborate with Brand & Communications, Digital, Writing, Public Relations, Data & Insights, Consulting Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Business Development teams to align roles, timing, messaging, channels, and KPIs.
- Support go-to-market and business development efforts by connecting sector strategy to impact clients and prospects, target lists, pursuits, cross-selling opportunities, and relevant solutions.
- Develop, manage, and monitor national sector marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and marketing investments support sector priorities.
- Track, analyze, and communicate marketing performance, campaign engagement, and ROI; use insights to optimize plans and improve impact over time.
- Actively manage sector content on the U.S. website and intranet.
- Serve as a people and program leader by managing, coaching, and mentoring national marketers; sharing best practices; and modeling collaboration, accountability, and high-quality execution.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- 7-9+ years of relevant marketing experience, including experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans, campaigns, content programs, events, and/or business development support initiatives
- Passion for servant leadership, collaboration, and teamwork
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Experience within the healthcare sector, strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a collaborative, matrixed environment
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, stakeholder management, and executive presence skills
- Strong computer and software skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM and/or marketing automation tools, project management platforms, and effective use of AI
- Ability to travel up to 15% and support occasional activities outside normal business hours, as needed
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree
- Prior experience at a professional services, consulting, public accounting, or B2B services firm
- Experience leading or mentoring marketing professionals
- Experience supporting industry, sector, service line, or account-based marketing programs
- Working knowledge of lead generation, brand building, events, business development, strategic pursuits, client/prospect targeting, marketing analytics, and ROI measurement
