Full Job Description
The Franchise A National Sales Manager (NSM) is a leader that contributes to the strategic and tactical development of sales initiatives and communication for the Imbruvica and Epkinly franchise. The NSM will report to the Head of Sales as a member of the Sales Leadership Team (SLT). The NSM will collaborate with Franchise Marketing, Sales Ops, Sales Training, Market Access and Sales Leadership to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiencies. The NSM will not have external customer responsibilities but is expected to use previous external customer experience to help maximize sales force performance. This role is field based. Key Job Responsibilities: 37 Drive sales force effectiveness by effectively managing and implementing sales systems, processes and initiatives such as the National Sales Meetings and offsites37 Consistently translate brand performance to actionable sales strategies and tactics37 Serve as sales liaison with Sales Operations to ensure successful planning, execution, and communication as it relates to the following:37 Weekly and Monthly Reports to track performance and trends37 Incentive plan and incentive programs for both regular and ad hoc37 Incentive modifications based on field inquiries37 Field alignment and structure alternatives37 Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and implement sales force communication plan Qualifications 37 A minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry in progressive commercial leadership roles.37 Franchise sales, sales leadership experience strongly preferred, including launch experience.37 Bachelors degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
