Requested Tasks:- Responsible for establishing client relationships and securing group business for the property
- Meet or exceed quarterly financial goals
- Identify new markets and business opportunities quarterly
- Represent hotel in various events and exhibitions
- Implement all sales action plans to market areas as outline in the marketing plan
Requested Capabilities:- Prior experience highly preferred
- Attention to financial details (budgeting, planning, etc.)
- Attentive and approachable
- Full understanding of property's amenities and offerings
- Keen understanding of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Ability to lead a team with patience, understanding and motivation
