Full Job Description
Position Overview

The National Multifamily Sales Manager will lead Allura's strategy and revenue growth within the multifamily housing segment across the United States. This role is responsible for developing relationships with national and regional developers, builders, architects, and general contractors to drive product specification and increase market share within large-scale multifamily construction projects.

This position will partner closely with regional Territory Sales Managers and sales leadership to convert specifications into revenue and expand Allura's presence in the multifamily housing market.

This role will act as the national subject matter expert for the multifamily segment and support regional teams in converting large project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

National Multifamily Strategy
• Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on multifamily construction.
• Identify and engage key national developers, builders, and ownership groups.
• Position Allura products for specification within new construction and renovation projects.

Strategic Account Development
• Build relationships with national and regional multifamily developers and general contractors.
• Manage strategic national accounts and project pipelines.
• Influence product specifications through architects and design firms.

Revenue Growth
• Drive revenue growth within the multifamily segment through specification and project conversion.
• Support Territory Sales Managers in securing large multifamily project opportunities.

Pipeline & Market Intelligence
• Track multifamily construction pipelines and project opportunities.
• Maintain accurate project tracking within CRM systems.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to leadership.

Industry Engagement
• Represent the company at multifamily housing events and industry associations.
• Build visibility with developers, architects, and builders.

Required Experience
• 7-10+ years of experience selling building materials or construction products.
• Strong experience selling into the multifamily housing segment.
• Demonstrated success with specification sales and project-based selling.
• Experience managing national or strategic accounts.
