National Key Account Manager - Industrial Vertical
How you create impact- Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic customer accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate within Kuehne + Nagel
- Develop and execute account strategies, including value propositions, RFQs, and tender responses in collaboration with internal teams
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand customer footprint, build a strong pipeline, and achieve high win rates
- Lead structured business reviews with customers, aligning on priorities and driving continuous improvement through new ideas and solutions
- Collaborate with global, regional, and national account teams to ensure consistent and effective customer representation
- Share best practices and contribute to global Key Account Management initiatives and sales efforts
- Monitor account performance, including volume, profitability, pipeline, and financial metrics, ensuring accurate reporting and timely action
- Oversee the successful transition of new business to operations, ensuring all customer requirements and service commitments are met

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
