Full Job Description
National Account Manager

We are seeking a National Account Manager to join our dynamic Enterprise team in North America.

Position Summary:

  • Individual contributor responsible for driving results that contribute meaningfully to annual sales objectives across a defined territory of named enterprise accounts.
  • Develops and executes strategic account plans, delivers strong account and territory management, and supports the full audio and video conferencing portfolio.
  • Acts as the main contact for daily issues and escalations, providing timely customer support and steady account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a specific list of named enterprise accounts with customer HQ's located predominantly across North America.
  • Owner of the sales performance of a given field sales territory or given account(s).
  • Achieve sales targets and related KPI’s as agreed with the manager across audio & video conferencing product lines.
  • Develop the base of actively buying customers in the territory/with the account(s) by deploying appropriate sales motions & methodologies.
  • Territory/account management incl. customer mapping, call planning, call preparations and follow-through.
  • Provide thorough product knowledge to customers incl. differentiation to competition
  • Provide hands-on product support to customers.
  • Perform business and customer analytics and identify and manage sales opportunities.
  • Plan and support marketing support to customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management planning and reporting as well as other admin duties.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor level education or relevant sales related training/certification.
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of commercial enterprise sales experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and customer relationship management systems.
  • Experience selling audio end point devices and conference room video technology solutions to enterprise accounts.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range up to $170k - $200k total compensation. Compensation for roles at GN depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays.
