Lead Security Operations for One of DSI's Premier National Accounts

Job Summary

DSI Security Services is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to oversee security operations for one of our largest national client portfolios. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple locations throughout the United States.

Based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, the National Account Manager will serve as DSI's primary operational leader for this strategic account, partnering closely with client leadership, regional operations teams, and site management to drive operational excellence, maintain contract compliance, and foster long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is an experienced security or operations professional with a proven ability to lead multi-site operations, build strong client partnerships, and develop high-performing teams.

Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, day shift. Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and travel as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

  • National Account Leadership
  • Serve as the primary operational leader for a large national client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent execution of contractual requirements and DSI operational standards across all assigned locations.
  • Partner with regional and branch leadership to drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead operational reviews, strategic planning meetings, and client business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Multi-Site Operations Management
  • Oversee daily security operations across multiple locations nationwide.
  • Ensure all sites maintain appropriate staffing levels, training compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, operational audits, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Review incident reports, daily activity reports, and operational documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate operational support for new site launches, special projects, and emergency response needs.
  • Travel regularly to support field operations and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Manage operational systems, user access, equipment, and account resources.
  • Support billing accuracy, invoicing, and contract administration.


Leadership & Personnel Management

  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop Site Supervisors and security personnel.
  • Coach, mentor, and support field leadership to ensure consistent performance.
  • Monitor staffing levels, scheduling practices, and overtime management.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and address employee relations issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with DSI policies, client procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for operational matters.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and operational concerns.
  • Ensure key performance indicators, service levels, and contractual expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Build long-term partnerships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations, account management, or security management experience.
  • Contract security management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple locations or large client portfolios preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building executive-level client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel nationwide as business needs require.
  • Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
