Salary range is:
$94,890.40 - $105,000.00
This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.
The RoleJoin our Automotive Services Group as a National Account Manager and help shape growth across 20+ of CCC's largest automotive clients (multi-store operators, dealer networks, and other strategic clients). You'll own the account strategy and relationship, drive profitable expansion and renewals, and partner with the VP of National Accounts and internal supporting teams to deliver client outcomes and validate new opportunities. A minimum level of 50% travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary client contact and advocate for your assigned national accounts.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships that improve satisfaction and retention, coordinating across client and internal stakeholders.
- Craft client-specific value propositions informed by industry trends and strategic priorities.
- Lead account strategy and approach for executive business reviews (including quarterly industry reviews) on an agreed cadence.
- Expand senior/executive relationships and connect client leaders with CCC leadership.
- Drive account and opportunity plans using CCC sales processes and tools to deliver growth.
- Partner cross-functionally (Client Engagement, Program Management, Automotive Consulting & Services, Product, Legal, and more) to execute plans and remove roadblocks.
- Manage pipeline and sales cycles, providing forecast input in partnership with Finance.
- Own agreement negotiations and keep a close eye on account profitability and performance.
- Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets across the national account base.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree required (master's a plus).
- You have 5-8 years of experience developing value propositions and supporting successful product/service introductions.
- You have experience with consultative selling of SaaS/software and emerging technologies (including AI).
- You're growth-minded, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- You build strong relationships with decision-makers in large, complex organizations.
- You're strategic and organized, able to manage competing priorities with strong business, technical, and industry understanding.
- You're accountable, collaborative, and have a roll-up-the-sleeves mindset.
- You communicate clearly and build credibility across levels.
- You bring high integrity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with consultative analytics is a plus.
