Solidigm is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to drive global NAND Technology Development (TD) capacity planning, capital investment strategy, technology deployment, and global TD operations optimization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aligning technology roadmaps, capacity readiness, capital investments, and TD operational executions to support Solidigm's long-term growth objectives.

Global TD Capacity Strategy & Planning
  • Own worldwide TD capacity planning across development fabs.
  • Develop and maintain capacity planning frameworks, including Model of Record (MOR), throughput modeling, equipment benchmarking, and factory optimization.
  • Establish long-range and tactical capacity plans aligned with technology roadmaps and business priorities.
  • Identify capacity risks and drive mitigation strategies.

Global TD Capital Investment Strategy
  • Develop and manage global TD capital roadmaps and investment portfolios.
  • Lead capital prioritization, business case development, and ROI evaluation.
  • Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, and Engineering to optimize capital allocation, asset utilization, and investment returns.

Technology Capacity Deployment & Execution Planning
  • Lead deployment planning and operational readiness for NAND technology transitions.
  • Ensure alignment of capacity, equipment, facilities, and supply chain requirements to support successful technology ramps.

Strategic Modeling & Executive Decision Support
  • Lead scenario modeling to support technology roadmap, factory footprint, and investment decisions.
  • Provide executive recommendations, risk assessments, and trade-off analyses.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and executive-level communications.

Global TD Capacity Business Process & Systems
  • Define the vision and roadmap for integrated TD Capacity planning systems, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
  • Drive Business process standardization, automation, and data governance across TD planning functions and teams globally.
  • Establish KPIs and executive dashboards to improve decision quality and execution speed.

Leadership & People Management
  • May need to design, build, develop, and lead or indirectly lead high-performing global TD IE teams to support evolving business requirements.
  • Drive org capability development and enable business & org growth.
  • Partner closely with TD Fabs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Facilities, and Corporate Planning organizations.
  • Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives involving multiple global sites and executive stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • 12+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong understanding of technology development, manufacturing operations, and capital-intensive environments.
  • 8+ years of experience in capacity planning, capital planning, industrial engineering, factory planning, technology development operations, or related functions.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and/or leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives, with a proven track record of delivering results and building strong partnerships across organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in building, leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights and executive recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple strategic initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms; experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics tools is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, functions, and global sites.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, capital investment planning, business case development, and ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior executives, technical leaders, and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable leader with a growth mindset, capable of driving strategic initiatives with minimal direction in an evolving business environment.


Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $139-520 - $223,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs. In addition, Solidigm offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, supplemental life and AD&D insurance; short- and long-term disability; healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts, and a company match on eligible 401(k) plan contributions.
