Full Job Description
JOB MISSION:

The North America (NA) Senior Marketing Manager - Lifestyle is responsible for driving category and commercial demand by connecting the brand to culture across sport, entertainment, fashion, music, communities, and more.

Acting as a strategic connector, this role brings together global priorities, regional insights, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies that ensure the brand shows up authentically in culture. This position will drive distinct yet connected category storytelling, maximize regional investments, and deliver measurable business impact across North America.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • In partnership with the Director of Integrated Marketing and cross-functional teams, build and lead commercial marketing strategies that support seasonal Lifestyle category and product priorities
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that connect brand storytelling to cultural moments, partnerships, and influential voices across entertainment, fashion, and creative communities
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with NA Media, PR, eCom, DTC, Visual Merchandising, and Events teams to deliver consistent, premium execution across all go-to-market touchpoints
  • Partner with Global Marketing to adapt global strategies for North America, while developing region-specific programs and activations that reflect local consumer insights and drive market relevance
  • Maintain a close partnership with Merchandising, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned to go-to-market priorities and deliver direct commercial impact across lifestyle categories
  • Provide strategic guidance across paid, owned, and earned channels to ensure cohesive storytelling and effective distribution of media and content.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and consumer experience tactics


REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8-10 years of marketing, brand management, or communications experience (preferably within lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, or culturally driven brands)
  • Strong creative judgment with experience evaluating and shaping breakthrough creative work
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative, culturally relevant marketing campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Demonstrated success operating within a matrix organization and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of commercial functions, go-to-market processes, and performance metrics
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels


Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $141,200.00 - $182,200.00 - $223,200.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
