Role Responsibilities - Design and implement sales training programs for the Sales team including, but not limited to, onboarding for new sales team members, reinforcing sales strategy and methodology, conveying best practices, improving knowledge repositories, and refining sales engagements through coaching and feedback to sales leaders.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to identify ongoing training opportunities for new and current employees. Travel to new and current sales team member districts to perform refresher training.
- Accompany the Sales Team on off-site team visits to participate in observation exercises to prioritize training needs by team and proactively address gaps in knowledge and content.
- Promote consumption of training resources by assessing and improving usability, availability, relevancy, and awareness.
- Deliver training content using a variety of media and methods, including, but not limited to, in-person lectures and discussion, behavioral learning and simulations (role-playing), documented instruction, and various e-learning or distance-based options.
- Identify and coordinate product training needs by monitoring upcoming releases and collaborating with other teams including Product, Development, and Release Management.
- Coordinate and plan logistics (agenda, room setup, A/V, catering, presenters, etc.) for training events, sales meeting and conferences.
- Travel up to 75% of the time.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years progressive, related experience in a role that demonstrates an ability to develop and deliver training content and work across teams/departments.
- 3+ years of experience with principles and methods of training, and experience teaching and instructing individuals and groups in a professional setting using a variety of techniques and modalities.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish
Preferred:- Bachelor's Degree Business or related field.
- Banking, financial services, or financial technology (FinTech) industry experience strongly preferred.

Salary The base salary range is $90,000 - $95,000.00 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
