Job Description:Following the acquisition of Kellanova, the Integration Management Office (IMO) team will continue to lead the integration of the heritage companies into the future Mars Snacking segment. This role is a key part of the IMO team, specifically focused on driving the technical design, data governance, and delivery of data and analytics integration projects across the North America TLT space (which encompasses E2E Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial functions).Reporting to the Sr. Director, North America IMO Tech Lead, the IMO NA D&A TLT Sr Lead will ensure the successful integration of Kellanova's data footprint into the global Mars Snacking D&A ecosystem. The role focuses heavily on establishing a unified data strategy, robust master data governance, and integrated analytics platforms to serve the commercial, manufacturing, research, logistics, and planning organizations.This is a program, role as part of the Mars Snacking integration program with a planned end date in Dec 2028.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Data Architecture Strategy- Architects the unified data strategy for integrating Kellanova NA data footprints.
- Defines the master data and analytics roadmaps across key operational domains including Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, and E2E Planning.
- Ensures all target and legacy platforms fully align with the wider global Mars Snacking data ecosystem.
- Master Data Governance & Harmonization
- Establishes and leads data governance frameworks across all five functions (Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning).
- Drives the technical harmonization of critical master data domains (such as Customer, Product, Vendor, and Materials) to align with Mars' global standards.
- Collaborates closely with the central data governance team to establish ownership, data definitions, and compliance with data quality frameworks.
Integrated Analytics Delivery Leadership- Directs the end-to-end technical delivery of all data integration workstreams across the TLT space.
- Spearheads the design and engineering of unified analytics platforms required to serve the Commercial, R&D, and entire E2E Supply Chain organization.
- Builds reporting, visibility tools, and advanced analytics solutions that leverage integrated data to drive commercial and operational performance.
Functional Business Enablement- Partners directly with NA Supply Chain Sr Leads, functional business owners, and project teams across all five functions.
- Translates unique, cross-functional business and operational data requirements into a cohesive analytics ecosystem.
- Establishes and maintains a single, trusted source of truth for the newly integrated business.
Project & Integration Roadmap Execution- Owns the D&A-specific project lifecycle: from planning, mapping data dependencies, to execution, hypercare, and final transition to Business-as-Usual (BaU) data operations teams.
- Identifies, mitigates, and resolves data-related risks, processing bottlenecks, and architectural dependencies, maintaining transparent communication with senior stakeholders.
Job Specifications / QualificationsKnowledge / Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, or a related technical field; Master's or MBA is a plus.
- Experience in project or program delivery within Digital Technologies, with a strong focus on Enterprise Data & Analytics (D&A), Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence.
- Demonstrated experience in a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or large-scale corporate integration environment, specifically driving complex data migration, master data harmonization, and system integration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data structures, transactional flows, and master data models within E2E Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning), R&D, and Commercial environments.
- Proven experience working with data governance frameworks, Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, and cloud data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Databricks).
- Experience managing multi-third-party vendor ecosystems, specialized system integrators, and technical data engineering partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of bridging the gap between business needs and complex data solutions across multiple corporate functions.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
