Job Description:

Following the acquisition of Kellanova, the Integration Management Office (IMO) team will continue to lead the integration of the heritage companies into the future Mars Snacking segment. This role is a key part of the IMO team, specifically focused on driving the technical design, data governance, and delivery of data and analytics integration projects across North America Sales and Marketing functions. This includes a particular emphasis on:
• Marketing capabilities, such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Marketing Resource Management (MRM).
• Sales capabilities, such as Revenue Operations, Category Management and Digital Commerce (DCom).

Reporting to the Sr. Director, North America IMO Tech Lead, the IMO NA D&A Growth Sr Lead will ensure the successful integration of Kellanova's data footprint into the global Mars Snacking D&A ecosystem.

The role focuses heavily on enabling modern capabilities through robust data pipeline architecture, master data harmonization, and high-impact analytics delivery.

This is a program, role as part of the Mars Snacking integration program with a planned end date in Dec 2028.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrated Growth Data Architecture
  • Partners with the global D&A team to define the technical and data architecture for integrating Kellanova NA data.
  • Ensures data structures and integration patterns for growth platforms (such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Trade Promotion Management (TPM)) fully align with the wider Mars Snacking data ecosystem.

• Global Data Harmonization & Governance
  • Leads the technical harmonization of Kellanova's master data (specifically Customer and Product domains).
  • Drives alignment with Mars' global standards, collaborating closely with the central data governance team to establish ownership, definitions, and compliance with data quality frameworks.
• Unified Analytics Delivery Leadership
  • Directs the end-to-end technical delivery of growth analytics.
  • Spearheads the building of reporting and advanced analytics solutions that leverage the newly integrated Kellanova data within the global Mars architecture to drive commercial performance and business value.
• NA Business & Global Team Liaison
  • Acts as the primary bridge between NA Growth Sr Leads (business-facing) and the global technical D&A teams.
  • Translates local commercial business requirements into structured technical data requirements for the global integration roadmap, ensuring steady progress toward value realization.
• Project & Integration Roadmap Execution
  • Owns the D&A-specific project lifecycle: from planning, mapping data dependencies, to execution, hypercare, and final transition to Business-as-Usual (BaU) data operations teams.
  • Identifies, mitigates, and resolves data-related risks, processing bottlenecks, and architectural dependencies, maintaining transparent communication with senior stakeholders.

Job Specifications / Qualifications

Knowledge / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field; Master's or MBA is a plus.
• 5-7+ years of proven experience in project or program delivery within Digital Technologies, with a strong focus on Enterprise Data & Analytics (D&A), Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence.
• Demonstrated experience in a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or large-scale corporate integration environment, specifically driving complex data migration and system integration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern growth and commercial technologies (e.g., Customer Data Platforms, Digital Asset Management, Trade Promotion Management, CRM) from a data flow and architectural perspective.
• Proven experience working with data governance frameworks, Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Databricks).
• Experience managing multi-third-party vendor ecosystems, specialized system integrators, and technical data engineering partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of bridging the gap between business needs and complex data solutions.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
