Project description
Support planning, tracking, and execution of Murex TOM workstreams, ensuring activities remain aligned to agreed timelines and milestones.
Coordinate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and governance forums across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
Maintain project plans, action logs, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) registers, and status reporting artifacts.
Track deliverables, dependencies, and decision points, escalating issues to project leadership when required.
Support preparation of governance materials, steering committee packs, and executive status reports.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely follow-up on commitments.
Skills
Must have
3-6 years experience as a PMO; experience with Murex and is plus but not mandatory
Experience supporting target operating model design and execution is a big plus
PMO experience in SDLC is highly preferred
Experience supporting PMO, project coordination, or program delivery activities within financial services or technology initiatives.
-Very strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, meetings, and deliverables simultaneously.
Proficiency in project governance, status reporting, RAID management, and project documentation.
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies and project lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with capital markets, treasury, trading platforms, or Murex environments (preferred), with the ability to quickly understand functional and technical discussions.
