"Skills and Responsibilities: • MUMPS Developer / M Programmer - We are seeking a skilled MUMPS Developer with experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting applications built on the MUMPS (M Language) platform. • The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, database expertise, and experience working with legacy systems, preferably in Healthcare, BFSI, Government, or Enterprise environments. • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using MUMPS (M Language). • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop, modify, and optimize MUMPS routines and database structures. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, test, and production environments. • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Support application modernization and system integration initiatives. • Create technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment documentation. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders. • Participate in production support activities, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. • Assist in data migration and system upgrade projects.
