Full Job Description
We are seeking a Multidisciplinary Designer (such as print and digital across a variety of platforms) with strong creative skills and experience developing print and digital materials across a variety of platforms. Reporting to the Creative Design Manager, this role will support a broad range of marketing and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality work. This fast-paced, energetic environment requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong drive to contribute creative ideas. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Design and produce graphics for brand projects across print and digital channels, including product launches, advertising campaigns, catalogs, packaging, websites, email campaigns, social media, digital ads, retail displays, logos, and trade shows. - Support prepress, large-format production, digital content production, and cross-channel deliverables. - Deliver vendor-ready artwork files. - Create illustrations and artwork for products, packaging, promotional materials, and brand-related creative assets. - Integrate AI tools into the design and ideation process. - Collaborate with Creative Director, Creative Design Manager and Project Managers to execute projects efficiently and within established deadlines. - Research new materials, technologies, and methods to improve quality, efficiency, and innovation. - Travel as needed for press checks, trade shows, and on-site design or digital activations. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)** - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Proficiency in Figma. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Experience using AI-powered creative tools to support concept development, image generation, design exploration, workflow efficiency, and content production. - Strong knowledge of design fundamentals across print, digital, packaging, illustration, and photography. - Strong campaign development and production skills. - Strong understanding of typography and iconography. - Ability to ensure all assets align with brand and style guidelines while helping build and maintain consistent visual standards across marketing materials. - Ability to adapt quickly, shift priorities, and make revisions as needed. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both within and outside the organization. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices. Golf industry knowledge is a plus.
