- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company goals while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Experience: - 5+ years Multi-Unit Management experience preferred.
- 5+ years of Merchandising experience preferred.
- 5+ years of P&L Responsibility of Multiple Units preferred.
- Must be willing to relocate.
Physical Demands: - Regular talking and hearing. Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Occasional lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required.
