Essential Job Functions:

  • Design, develop, and deliver plant-wide CI and Lean manufacturing training programs.
  • Coaches CI training leads, supervisors, team leads/coordinators, and production associates on process improvement tools and methods.
  • Support onboarding and upskilling programs to build employee capability in CI initiatives.
  • Assist in executing plant CI initiatives, including Kaizen events and process improvement workshops.
  • Reinforce training concepts by applying Lean principles in operational settings.
    Monitor adoption and effectiveness of CI initiatives; adjust training and support as needed.
  • Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and visual management tools.
  • Ensure CI knowledge transfer and consistency across shifts and functions.
  • Track training and CI adoption metrics, report progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with operations and CI teams to address skill gaps and process bottlenecks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Lean thinking.
  • Engage employees at all levels to participate in CI activities and improvement initiatives.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or CI certification (preferred).
  • Experience in tier 1 automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
