Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions: - Design, develop, and deliver plant-wide CI and Lean manufacturing training programs.
- Coaches CI training leads, supervisors, team leads/coordinators, and production associates on process improvement tools and methods.
- Support onboarding and upskilling programs to build employee capability in CI initiatives.
- Assist in executing plant CI initiatives, including Kaizen events and process improvement workshops.
- Reinforce training concepts by applying Lean principles in operational settings.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of CI initiatives; adjust training and support as needed. - Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and visual management tools.
- Ensure CI knowledge transfer and consistency across shifts and functions.
- Track training and CI adoption metrics, report progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with operations and CI teams to address skill gaps and process bottlenecks.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Lean thinking.
- Engage employees at all levels to participate in CI activities and improvement initiatives.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or CI certification (preferred).
- Experience in tier 1 automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologies.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system familiarity preferred.
Deliverables: - Successful development and delivery of CI training programs.
- Adoption and implementation of CI initiatives across the plant.
- Measurable improvement in operational KPIs (efficiency, waste reduction, and throughput).
- Positive feedback from plant leadership and employees on training effectiveness.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
