F&I DirectorWe are seeking a high-performing
F&I Director for four premier automotive brands under three rooftops.

Position OverviewThe F&I Director will be responsible for producing, maximizing F&I profitability, maintaining strict compliance standards, helping develop F&I managers, and driving process consistency across all three rooftops. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, lender relationships, and a deep understanding of both luxury and import brand customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee F&I performance across 4 brands
- Drive PVR, product penetration, and income performance to meet or exceed group targets
- Train, coach, and develop F&I Managers
- Manage lender relationships and optimize lender programs
- Consistent communication and reporting across all brands
- Collaborate with General Managers and Sales Managers to improve deal structure and profitability
Qualifications- Minimum 3+ years of F&I experience with multi-rooftop or director-level experience preferred
- Strong background in luxury brand F&I
- Proven track record of high PVR and product penetration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CDK experience preferred
