Reverse EngineerAn active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role About this RoleThis role is for a versatile, senior-level Reverse Engineer embedded within a Computer Network Operations (CNO) team at Ft. Meade, Maryland. You're not just a specialist - you're a generalist who thrives at the intersection of reverse engineering, software development, and analysis. You bring advanced skills across all three disciplines and know how to apply them fluidly depending on what the mission demands.
In this role, you'll reverse engineer complex networked codebases to uncover their inner workings and identify potential vulnerabilities. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with analysts to understand their goals and figure out exactly where your skills can move the needle. You'll help customers clarify what they're really after and how to articulate their vision - and when analytical leads emerge, you won't just hand them off. You'll run them down yourself.
This is a team-oriented role where your technical depth, curiosity, and collaborative instincts will all be put to work every day.
Requirements- Advanced reverse engineering skills, with demonstrated experience on complex networked codebases
- Advanced software development skills
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to independently pursue and resolve analytical leads
- Experience using agency tools
- Knowledge of hacking methodologies
- Knowledge of networking technologies
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Education & Experience: 12 years of experience with a B.S., or 10 years with an M.S. - 4 years of additional software engineering experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree requirement
- Active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph
Preferred Skills- Experience discovering novel software vulnerabilities
- Background working as an exploitation analyst
- Experience as an interactive operator
- Experience in a dedicated software development role

Salary Range$287,500 - $338,000
This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.
Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
