Individuals should have strong hands-on practical skills in multiple fields listed below with exceptional skills in at least one of the fields:

Requirements- This position requires access to export-controlled information. Employment is contingent upon the applicant being a U.S. person as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).
Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience-including applicable higher-education work-preferably within a startup or technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with hands-on experience in generating and controlling high-precision, high-power lasers and beam modulation.
- Proven ability to analyze, fabricate, and test designs to validate performance through real-world experimentation.
- Candidates with extensive high-power laser safety experience are strongly preferred.

BenefitsThe expected annual salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000.
