You'll have opportunities to strengthen your expertise in industrial controls, automation, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical systems, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance while learning the specialized equipment used in Elmet's manufacturing processes.

Elmet also offers tuition assistance and internal growth opportunities to support continued technical and career development.

This Is Hands-On Industrial Maintenance

You'll spend much of your time on the manufacturing floor troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining industrial equipment. You should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, working around operating machinery, accessing equipment as needed to complete repairs, performing repetitive physical tasks, and lifting up to 50 pounds when required.

Required PPE and electrical safety procedures must be followed at all times.
