Overview:We are seeking an experienced
MuleSoft Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading integration initiatives, reviewing business requirements, defining solution architecture, overseeing development activities, and ensuring adherence to API-led connectivity best practices.
The candidate will play a key role in driving technical excellence, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions across enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership- Lead MuleSoft integration projects from requirements analysis through deployment and support.
- Review and validate business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural recommendations to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to MuleSoft development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
Solution Design & Architecture- Design scalable and reusable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Define API-led connectivity architectures using:
- Experience APIs
- Process APIs
- System APIs
- Develop integration patterns and reusable assets.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
Development & Implementation- Oversee MuleSoft application development and deployment activities.
- Guide teams in implementing APIs, integrations, and messaging solutions.
- Support complex troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure successful integration with cloud, on-premises, and third-party systems.
API Management & Governance- Establish API lifecycle management practices.
- Enforce API security standards and governance frameworks.
- Monitor API performance, usage, and compliance.
- Manage API documentation and technical specifications.
Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and development teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
- Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and technical recommendations.
Team Mentoring- Mentor and guide MuleSoft developers and integration engineers.
- Promote knowledge sharing and technical best practices.
- Support team capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required SkillsMandatory Skills- 8-10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Expertise in:

- Strong understanding of integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns.

Preferred Skills- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to messaging technologies such as Kafka, JMS, or MQ.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
- MuleSoft Certifications preferred:
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD)
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA)
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA)
