This is more than a traditional Operations Manager role. As the leader of a manufacturing organization of approximately 230-240 employees, you will have end-to-end responsibility for Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, Operational Excellence, and the overall financial and fiduciary performance of the plant.

To be successful in this role, you bring a strong manufacturing and operations leadership background with proven experience leading complex industrial environments. You have successfully managed broad operational scopes that include production, planning, supply chain, logistics, quality, engineering, and continuous improvement.

You combine strong business acumen with hands-on leadership and are comfortable owning both operational and financial performance. Experience leading transformation, site optimization, production transfers, organizational change, or growth initiatives will be highly valued.

You are a people-first leader who builds trust quickly and creates followership through credibility, empathy, and clear communication. Your leadership style is confident and decisive, yet collaborative and adaptable. You know how to engage teams through change, navigate different perspectives, and create an environment where people feel respected, accountable, and motivated to perform.

International or multicultural experience is advantageous, as is the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.

This position is fully onsite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Regular presence on the manufacturing floor and close engagement with employees will be essential to building trust, driving performance, and leading the site's ongoing transformation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing production transfers and footprint optimization initiatives.
  • Lead the development of a new building and associated testing capabilities.
  • Drive manufacturing optimization to support future business growth.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and business results.
  • Experience managing change, transformation, or site expansion initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
