Power Platform & AI Solutions DeveloperBuild Intelligent Enterprise Solutions with Microsoft & AI
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform & AI Solutions Developer to design and build intelligent business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem and emerging Generative AI technologies.

This is more than a traditional low-code development role. You'll combine Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Generative AI, LLMs, Claude, MCP, APIs, and AI agents to solve complex business problems while helping establish the governance, security, and cost controls required for responsible enterprise AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Build custom connectors, APIs, workflows, applications, and reusable automation components.
  • Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs such as Claude and Azure OpenAI.
  • Build AI agents, assistants, RAG solutions, tool-calling workflows, and intelligent process automation.
  • Design and implement MCP-enabled solutions that securely connect AI agents with enterprise applications, tools, and data.
  • Evaluate AI models and architectures based on performance, security, scalability, business value, and cost.
  • Establish development standards and reusable architecture patterns for Power Platform and AI solutions.
  • Help define enterprise AI governance, including security, privacy, access controls, model risk, vendor risk, and responsible AI practices.
  • Monitor AI consumption and develop strategies to optimize token usage, API costs, model selection, and overall AI spend.
  • Develop proofs of concept and evaluate emerging AI technologies for enterprise use.
  • Partner with business leaders, security, architecture, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise application development.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
  • Hands-on experience building applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience developing solutions using Claude/Anthropic APIs or the Claude ecosystem.
  • Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its use with AI agents, tools, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience integrating AI models with APIs, databases, applications, and enterprise data.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and systems integration.
  • Understanding of modern AI application patterns, including RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, tool calling, agents, and model orchestration.
  • Experience with AI governance, security, risk management, or responsible AI practices.
  • Understanding of LLM consumption, token usage, API pricing, and AI cost optimization.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology concepts effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Experience building production AI agents or autonomous workflows.
  • Hands-on experience developing MCP servers or MCP-enabled applications.
  • Development experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or API Management.
  • Experience with Dataverse or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience establishing AI governance programs or an AI Center of Excellence.
  • Experience developing AI usage, adoption, performance, or cost-monitoring dashboards.
  • Knowledge of AI security risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, model access controls, and application security.
  • Experience within regulated or highly governed enterprise environments.
