Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise applications and automation solutions that streamline business processes. The role will focus on developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse solutions, and integrated business applications while collaborating with business users to translate requirements into functional solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Microsoft 365 integrations, REST APIs, security, application lifecycle management, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to improve business efficiency and replace manual processes.
• Build and optimize Dataverse tables, business rules, relationships, and application logic.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
• Develop custom connectors, data models, forms, and components for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, integration issues, and performance problems.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional Power Platform solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and user guides.
• Follow best practices for environment strategy, security, application lifecycle management (ALM), and governance.
• Configure and manage security roles, DLP policies, and administrative processes to support solution compliance.
• Support Power Platform development and implementation activities across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the solution development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and implementation.
• 7+ years of experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• 7+ years of experience with Dataverse, including data modeling and business logic.
• 7+ years of experience with Power Automate and workflow development.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL database structures.
• 7+ years of strong SQL experience and database integration.
• Experience building workflows, connectors, forms, and custom components.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and modern integration practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, or RPA/Power Automate Desktop.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub CI/CD.
• Experience with Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with enterprise Power Platform governance and administration.

Certifications
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher is highly desired.
