Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking MRI Technologists to support operations at the South Santa Rosa VA Clinic located at 2285 Challenger Way, Santa Rosa, CA 95407. Personnel must be familiar with all radiographic diagnostic fluoroscopy, surgery procedures, portable (including C-Arm), and routine general diagnostic exams. Multiple shift schedules are available. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provides MRI care covering the range of services that would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility, at a standard of care that equals or exceeds VA Standards and the TJC
  • Adheres to the ARRT Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards in the science of radiology to improve the quality of services to VA patients
  • Promotes the safe and effective use of diagnostic radiology through the utilization of specific training, skills, and techniques
  • Performs organ-specific and subspecialty-specific imaging including:
    • Abdomen - Gastrointestinal
    • Abdomen - Genitourinary
    • Breast Imaging
    • Pelvis
    • Neuroradiology Imaging
    • Cardiovascular / Extremity
    • Musculoskeletal
  • Performs related administrative tasks

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Completion of a CHEA- and JCERT-accredited Technologist training program
  • ARRT (MR) certification is required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
  • A minimum of two (2) years of proven clinical experience in MRI Imaging in a Level 1 hospital setting
  • Must have proven clinical work experience within the past 12 months
  • Prior work experience with the GE 1.5T, GE 3.0T, and SIEMENS MAGNETOM SKYRA within the past 24 months is preferred
  • Prior VA experience is desirable
  • No sponsorship available

All candidates must be able to:
  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
