Premium Oilfield Technologies is seeking an experienced and driven MPD Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Managed Pressure Drilling operations in the Haynesville Shale region. Based in Bossier City, this is a high-impact leadership role offering strong compensation, commission opportunities, and the chance to shape the future of our regional MPD strategy.
🔧 What You'll Do
• Oversee all engineering aspects of MPD operations-from drilling hydraulics to tripping, displacements, cementing, and custom procedures.
• Lead hydraulic modeling and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every operation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, attend pre-spud meetings, and deliver post-job performance reviews.
• Conduct field visits, train engineers, and ensure flawless execution on site.
• Drive customer success, lead cross-functional teams, and support business development efforts in the region.
🧠 What You Bring
• Bachelor's in Engineering (required)
• 5+ years' experience in MPD operations and drilling hydraulics
• Supervisory-level Well Control Certification
• Proficiency in P&ID schematics and hydraulic modeling
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Must be local to Shreveport/Bossier City or willing to relocate
💰 Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $140,000/year
• Monthly Allowances: $1,000 vehicle + $100 cell phone
• Commissions: Earn more by expanding customer relationships
