About Our Exciting Career Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager to be a part of our outstanding mortgage lending team. The Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of all first mortgage and equity loan servicing functions. This includes all post-closing secondary market and capital market activities, ensuring the timely execution of loan sales, investor reporting, delinquency monitoring, and remittance processes. The role will ensure that servicing operations are aligned with agency and investor guidelines (i.e. Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHLB) as well as in compliance with all federal, state, NCUA and internal policies and regulatory standards. The Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager will lead a high-performing service team, drive process efficiency, ensure data integrity, and manage relationships with investors, custodians and internal stakeholders. The incumbent will collaborate with senior management to evaluate and establish new secondary and capital market relationships as needed to support the organization's portfolio management strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years progressively responsible mortgage servicing experience in a financial institution following Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loan servicing requirements are required.
  • Minimum 5 years management/supervisory experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge of mortgage loan servicing requirements including regulatory and investor guidelines.
  • Functional servicing knowledge of Conventional, FHA, FHLB, USDA and other loan programs required.
  • Working knowledge of servicing systems and data reconciliation processes. FICS Mortgage Servicer and Corelation Keystone proficiency a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large servicing portfolios.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Must be proactive and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process-improving operations. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and discretion and be able to multi-task.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Must have intermediate computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have the flexibility to work extended hours and to travel periodically, which may include weekends and evenings.
