Molex is looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic aspiring Test Automation Engineer to join our team in a full-time role. This position involves automating design verification test processes using Generative AI and Python, as well as leveraging deep learning techniques for optical line system data-based modeling, monitoring, and fault analysis. You will play an integral role in advancing our engineering and AI-driven solutions while contributing to high-impact projects.

What You Will Do

Own the development and deployment of automation pipelines for design verification test processes using Python and Generative AI techniques. Build and optimize AI-driven workflows to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Develop deep learning models for analyzing optical line system data, with a focus on fault prediction, anomaly detection, and performance optimization. Design and implement monitoring tools for real-time system analytics using data-driven methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader system architectures. Stay updated on advancements in AI, optical systems, and data science to identify opportunities for innovation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Recent/upcoming graduate with Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related fields with a graduation date no later than May 2026.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000-$110,000. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
