What You Will DoOwn the development and deployment of automation pipelines for design verification test processes using Python and Generative AI techniques. Build and optimize AI-driven workflows to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Develop deep learning models for analyzing optical line system data, with a focus on fault prediction, anomaly detection, and performance optimization. Design and implement monitoring tools for real-time system analytics using data-driven methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader system architectures. Stay updated on advancements in AI, optical systems, and data science to identify opportunities for innovation.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - Recent/upcoming graduate with Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related fields with a graduation date no later than May 2026.
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering and tools (e.g., GPT models, transformers).
- Basic understanding of optical communication systems or willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling complex challenges.

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000-$110,000. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
