A Typical DayThe
Modifications Supervisor will oversee document integrity for loan modifications. As the
Supervisor, you will handle escalated matters on file dispute and resolution with Pennymac Attorneys and Mediations Department.
The
Modifications Supervisor will:
- Support staff in absence of Director of Operations
- Ensure system functionality in order to perform Job Functions
- Create policy and procedures for staff
- Manage pipeline and distribute workload
- Provide feedback on audit reviews to staff to ensure compliance and learning
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience as Operations Manager for Origination of Loans
- FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC Experience
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
