The position requires demonstrated expertise in cost, schedule, risk, and configuration management within a highly regulated nuclear or process-industrial environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain project baselines (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder registers). Author project management plans, perform change control, and meet performance objectives
  • Coordinate multidiscipline engineering teams, construction contractors, maintenance staff, and plant operations to ensure design packages, work plans, and field execution comply with applicable codes, standards, and nuclear quality requirements
  • Prepare and defend cost estimates, procurement packages, and forecasts; manage budgets and support negotiations with vendors or customers as required
  • Champion nuclear-grade safety culture, perform hazard analyses, and participate in DOE/NRC audits. Ensure modifications satisfy NQA-1, 10 CFR, OSHA, NFPA, and site licensing requirements
  • Provide clear, timely status reports, risk registers, and decision logs to senior management and external regulators; maintain project records in approved document-control systems

We'd Love to Hear from Candidates with:
  • 5+ years managing multidisciplinary engineering or plant-modification projects in nuclear, chemical processing, or similarly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated success controlling scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and configuration for capital or sustaining-plant modifications
